A word from the founders

Where Tracey came from.

" We all know the feeling of sitting at home waiting for a parcel to arrive, but then the delivery is delayed or even worse: the parcel isn’t delivered at all. Next to your own frustration, the impact of such an issue is felt throughout the entire supply chain (from webshop to e-fulfillment company or warehouse to carrier) where it creates a lot of hassle.

With our in-house knowledge of parcel logistics, e-commerce, and data science, Tracey solves these difficulties around the e-commerce delivery process. By integrating multiple sources, shipments can be monitored in real-time and issues become detectable and predictable. This will also change communication from a reactive to a pro-active manner and gives shippers more control over their parcel logistics. "
